The four lads from Cabra are back with a brilliant new single.
Gypsies On The Autobahn have been making waves on the Irish music scene since 2009, but this looks like it could be a big year for the band with the release of their debut album on major label, Universal Music Ireland.
This is their excellent brand new single ‘Hidden’ and JOE has the exclusive first access to the video right here.
The single is taken from their debut album Born Brief, which is produced by distinguished knob-twiddler Rob Kirwan, who has worked with numerous illustrious artists including PJ Harvey, Depeche Mode, Editors, Delorentos, Bell X1, The Horrors, 30 Seconds To Mars, Hozier and U2.
“We spent four or five days choosing the songs from our catalogue and figuring out how to improve them and take out what we didn’t need,” says guitiarist, Niall Mooney.
“Rob is great at relaxing us and he is a very chilled dude. His way of telling us to do a take again was to delete it. In a joke way he’d let us know we’d have to do better. The minute it felt good we’d move on.”
Gypsies On The Autobahn’s debut album Born Brief releases on 24 February.
