Tubridy & Norton: Here are the line-ups for tonight’s Late Late and Graham Norton show

Alan Loughnane

Staying in tonight?

It’s the first Friday in March and you may be considering staying in for a nice night in front of the fire and little bit of television.

Well, here’s what’s happening on the chat show circuit tonight.

The Late Late Show

Michael Gambon

The acting legend will join Ryan Tubridy on The Late Late tonight in what will definitely be an interview worth watching.

He’ll be chatting about his extraordinary career alongside Michael Colgan who is preparing to bring the curtain down more than three decades as The Gate Theatre’s artistic director.

Gambon is still working and will be appearing on stage soon in The Gate Theatre.

Emmet Kirwan

Emmet’s take on the state of the nation, Heartbreak, went viral earlier this year and he’ll be joining Ryan to discuss where he thinks Ireland is right now and also about striking a chord with his latest work.

Jake Carter

The name Carter has become synonymous with country music in Ireland following the enormous success of Nathan Carter.

Younger brother Jake will be hoping to live up to the name as he appears to perform his song ‘Trouble’.

He’ll also join Ryan to chat about music and his path to becoming a star in his own right.

Rosemary Adaser and Brian Rothery

At the Catholic Church-run institutions where Rosemary was raised, the sexual and physical abuse she suffered was further exacerbated by racism. When she became pregnant at 16, the baby’s father wanted to marry her but she was sent to a mother-and-baby home and her child was taken away from her.

She’ll appear on the show to discuss how she rebuilt her life after years of suffering with the help of her foster father Brian.

A panel including Mary O’Rourke George Hook and Rita Ann Higgins will be telling Ryan about their experiences of life after getting the bus pass and why Ireland needs to wise up when it comes to ageing.

The Graham Norton Show

This is the last episode of the series and to celebrate it, tonight’s show will compile all of the highlights from the past series.

Guests will include Justin Timberlake, Tom Hanks, Benedict Cumberbatch, Whoopi Goldberg, Dame Helen Mirren, Sam Neill, Tom Cruise, Eddie Redmayne, Chris Martin, Nicole Kidman, Chris Pratt, Michael Fassbender, and Emma Stone.

There will also be music from Coldplay and Ed Sheeran.
