Brought to you by DID Electrical.
He’s had a busy week, but he still has time for good customer service.
You’ve got to give him credit – even though he’s a busy, busy man after facing Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas on Saturday night, Conor McGregor still has time for the day job we never knew he had.
Media all week, cutting weight, weigh ins on Friday, then with the fight itself on Saturday night, The Notorious has a lot going on.
He’d have been forgiven for being totally focused on relaxing following his fight on Saturday night, but that doesn’t mean that McGregor is going to neglect his customer care skills as he gets some down time after the fight by helping out those in need.
The Notorious’ customer care game is as strong as it gets, or rather the brilliant Al Foran’s customer care game is as strong as it gets, as he takes over the phones at DID Electrical.
He strolls into DID headquarters with all the swagger of a man who’s earned $100 million on Saturday night, and makes a few peoples’ days in the process.
Did the people on the other end of the line recognise who they were taking to? Of course they did, because in the words of the Dubliner; “Gods recognise Gods.”
How would you react if you thought you were speaking on the phone to Conor McGregor?
