If it’s that easy, how come we’re not all at it?
Growing up as a Manchester United fan in the early noughties, I was intrigued by Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s accuracy in front of goal.
However, I was even more interested in his nickname and even to this day, ‘The Baby Faced Assassin’ still looks about 12-years-old despite being in his fourth decade of existence…

We don’t know if the Norwegian has any secrets behind his youthful complexion but we wouldn’t be surprised if he took a lesson out of fashion designer Vivienne Westwood’s book.
The 76-year-old has revealed that washing just once a week is the secret to staying young. She was speaking at her Spring/Summer 2018 show and advised that people shouldn’t wash too much.
According to The Independent, Westwood’s husband who is in his fifties is also a fan of the less is more theory and admitted that he only takes a bath once every month.
“Normally at home, I’m not used to the habit of a shower,” Westwood said.
“I just wash my bits and rush out in the morning and more often than not, I don’t spend too long in the bath.”
Furthermore, a daily shower might be too much for your body as by washing your skin with water and soap everyday can dry out the skin, causing cracks that lead to infections and stripping your skin of its natural oils which keep it healthy.
Well then, which is it going to be? Would you rather be stinky but young-looking or old but smelling delicious?
