Season 2 of Big Mouth airs very soon.
In terms of the most depraved and messed up characters on TV, the list is pretty finite with the likes of Frank Reynolds (Always Sunny), Frank (Shameless), Rick Sanchez (Rick and Morty) all featuring.
This being said, you could make a very strong case that the Hormone Monster in the wonderful Big Mouth is even more messed up, filthy and twisted than any of the above.
Why? Well, he represents everything that’s disgusting and weird about sex, depraved sex, filthy sex, angry sex, perverted sex. You get the gist.
However, the writing on Big Mouth is so good that although you really do know better, you can’t help but laugh along at lines like : “Now lets watch McConaughey bang two meth heads at a rodeo and try not to think about AIDS,” and “every orgy needs a witness…and baby wipes.”
With Season 2 of Emmy-nominated show returning on 5 October, here’s a brief reminder of just how twisted the show can be.

As stated previously, the next season is going to involve all of the following; boobs, boners, pubes, hormones, feminism, teenage rebellion, shifting, and gossiping.
