For the days when the sun decides not to come out…
While we always assume that the summer months is full of movies where stuff explodes (and that is still very much the case), this July seems like a bit of a blast of fans of scary movies!

If you haven’t heard of it yet, the new MyOmniPass from Omniplex Cinemas entitles subscribers to one ticket to every standard movie, 10% off your cinema goodies, 10% off any extra tickets purchased online for your friends, free upgrades of MyOmniPass tickets to the MAXX and Recline shows, and exclusive screenings just for MyOmniPass members.
So, yeah, you’d get to see all seven of these movies for less than €20 a month!

MIDSOMMAR (Friday 5 July)
A young couple and their friends decide to take a holiday to a remote Scandinavian festival that only takes place once every 90 years.

ANNABELLE COMES HOME (Wednesday 10 July)
The threequel of the Annabelle movies also kind of works a threequel for The Conjuring movies, as the evil doll is front-and-centre for an possessed version of Night At The Museum, with all of the nasty collected items in the Warrens’ locked off room set loose by the arrival of Annabelle.
THE DEAD DON’T DIE (Friday 12 July)
An oddball zombie comedy with one of the most insanely impressive cast lists we’ve ever seen: Adam Driver, Bill Murray, Chloë Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Austin Butler, RZA, Tilda Swinton, Tom Waits, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Carol Kane and Selena Gomez.

STUBER (Friday 12 July)
Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick) is an Uber driver who is recruited by tough-as-nails detective Dave Bautista (Guardians Of The Galaxy) as he tracks down a ruthless killer.
It comes from the director of the incredibly underrated comedy Goon, and the trailer had us smiling pretty much non-stop.
