Jamie Lee Curtis is one of its stars.
Staying in this Saturday night?
Well, you are in luck as there is a pretty decent line-up of films airing on telly this evening.
Here are your options.
The Fog – Horror Channel – 9pm
Last Saturday, we recommended Assault on Precinct 13 and this Saturday we’re going with another movie from director John Carpenter.
This 1980 supernatural horror centres around an unearthly fog that rolls into a small coastal town exactly 100 years after a ship mysteriously sank in its waters.
Starring horror icons Adrienne Barbeau, Jamie Lee Curtis and Tom Atkins, The Fog was not a hit with critics upon its release, though its great premise and terrifically creepy atmosphere have led to it being considered a cult classic by many.
Titanic/The Abyss – Film4 – 9pm/12.50am
A pretty great James Cameron double bill is also an option.
The Amazing Spider-Man – Virgin Media Two – 9pm
The first take on the web-slinger with Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone.
V for Vendetta – Turner Classic Movies – 9pm
Natalie Portman and a masked Hugo Weaving star in this very good adaptation of Alan Moore’s graphic novel.
Just Go With It – Comedy Central – 9pm
An Adam Sandler/Jennifer Aniston romcom.
Tove – BBC Four – 9pm
A biopic about Finnish writer and artist Tove Jansson.

This second entry in the spy comedy franchise is a step down from the first.
Bullitt – ITV4 – 10pm
