We all feel stress from time to time, and it can manifest in a number of ways. For some of us, that could be overthinking and rumination. For others, stress might make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. And for many of us, stress often manifests in our bodies, causing physical pain.

Adapt healthy lifestyle choices
- Try and eat well, take exercise and get plenty of fresh air. Some people find meditation exercises and yoga helpful when dealing with stress.
Seek professional help
- If stress if impacting your quality of life, chat to your GP or book an appointment with a mental health professional. They may be able to help you deal with stress through a number of strategies.
