This week the Bioxsine Blog takes a look at what it’s like to get your hair cut when you’re in the middle of a course of Bioxsine.

I was a little worried earlier in the week as I was going to the barber to get my hair cut. It was going to be the first time in roughly 10 weeks that I got my hair cut (the last time was way back before I started the blog) and it was just getting to the stage where I started looking like, well, like a hippie.

I was a bit worried at how ‘bald’ I might look with a fresh cut, but I have to say, it didn’t look anything like I had expected. I usually walk away from a hair cut feeling a bit low, but this was the first time in about two years where I was actually happy with how my hair looked there and then.

Now, I can still see bits of scalp when I move my head especially at the crown, but of course you’re going to find flaws in yourself. Sure who knows you better than you, right? But certainly around the forehead and temple looks just as it did a month and a half ago – instead of looking like the barren desert I had expected.

My mop chop was met with welcomed surprise from my significant other who said she thought my hair was looking it’s best lately. Hopefully she’s not just trying to be nice.

I have to say, you don’t notice how much harder it is to maintain your hair when it’s longer, in terms of washing it, drying it and styling it that is. The Bioxsine Forte serum is much easier now to use and at least with shorter hair you don’t end up using as much.

I’m extremely happy with how my new shortened hair looks and I won’t be half as worried about going to the barber from now on. All that’s left to do now is to continue on using the shampoo and serum until the next cut.

Until then…

Check back next week to see how Oisin is getting on in the Bioxsine hair loss blog. Bioxsine is available from all good pharmacies nationwide. For more on the all-natural hair loss treatment, check out www.keepyourhairon.ie.
