At the beginning of this challenge I thought the work in the gym was going to be the toughest part, but it turns out it equally as difficult in the kitchen.

The challenge of making chicken and broccoli or white fish and spinach is proving to be quite difficult.

I’ve been on this final phase diet now for just under two weeks. It wasn’t too bad in the beginning but now the bland, tasteless mush of spinach and or broccoli is proving to be hard to keep up my moral.

That’s me trying to mix things up by breaking up my fish with the broccoli cooking it lightly on a frying pan before breaking an egg into it.

On the bright side, I feel like my body is starting to show the results we’re hoping to achieve. The giant sets that you can see me doing in the videos are tough at the time but really seem to be working.

I know I only have 2 weeks left to go on the challenge, but regardless of the end results I’ll be continuing on to try and get the best results I can.
