This is just funny cruel.
CrossFit Perpetua is a Dublin gym that has a beast of a stand on forgetting to put your equipment back after using it.
Garry McNulty is a member of the gym and he has explained the rule on gym equipment.
“One of the cardinal rules in our gym is that when you have finished class you put the equipment you were using back in its place.
If you fail to do this a picture of the equipment is put on the gym’s Facebook page and for every ‘Like’ the post gets the offender will have to do one rep (or reps) of a certain exercise.
For example I left a kettlebell and two clips out previously and had to do three burpees for every like the Facebook post received. “
So when one of the trainers, Coach Conor Hillick, forgot to put back his bar bell, the gym put his picture up on Facebook, collecting Likes for reps of the ‘Burpee over bar’ – one burpee for every two Likes.
It currently has 186 Likes and Garry got in touch with us here at JOE to see if we could help him collect even more Likes so his coach has a mammoth amount of burpees to do.
So this it is, your time to shine, all you have to do is go on to their Facebook page CrossFit Perpetua Dublin.
Lets see how many burpees this guy can handle and remember, there is no can’t, just won’t, and all those other motivational lines coaches yell at you when you feel like collapsing.
