Quick, simple and very tasty.
This is probably the most basic and simple recipe we’ve done in this series. Get on it for a lovely nutritious snack.
Ingredients
- Two organic eggs
- One ripe banana
Instructions
- Lash the eggs into a bowl and give them a good old whisk.
- Mash up the banana well, till it’s almost liquid and add to the whisked eggs.
- Warm non-stick or cast -pan to medium.
- Pour your mixture on to the pan and cook maybe 30 seconds on each side.
- You are left with some really delicious pancakes. Launch them down your neck.
