Burritos can be healthy too.
Ingredients
- two egg whites
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- 1 small whole-wheat tortilla
Instructions
- Scramble the two egg whites
- lob it on to the tortilla bread
- lob all the other ingredients on to the bread too
- wrap in foil and keep in the freezer for whenever you need it.
