Pure and Simple Recipe of the Day: Breakfast Burrito

A great way to start the day.

Burritos can be healthy too.

Ingredients

  • two egg whites
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 1 small whole-wheat tortilla

Instructions

  • Scramble the two egg whites
  • lob it on to the tortilla bread
  • lob all the other ingredients on to the bread too
  • wrap in foil and keep in the freezer for whenever you need it.
