Give your taste buds a treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (approx 180 grams), thinly sliced
- generous squeeze of half a lime to get the juice
- ½ tablespoon mild chilli powder
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 seeded wraps
- 1 halved and stoned avocado
- 1 sliced roasted red pepper
- a few sprigs of chopped coriander
Instructions:
- Mix the chicken with the lime juice, chilli powder and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan then fry the chicken for a couple of minutes.
- Heat up the wraps as per instructions the pack. Do NOT let them dry out or they will not roll properly.
- Mash half an avocado onto each wrap.
- Add the peppers to the pan to warm them up then add them to the wraps with the chicken.
- Sprinkle some coriander over the chicken and peppers.
- Roll up the wraps, sealing the glorious inside and lob it into your mouth.
