A quick and tasty recipe that’s easy to make with minimum prep and fuss.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 Chopped pepper
- 200g Raw, peeled tiger prawns
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100g bag of baby spinach
Instructions
- Add noodles to pot of boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Add oil and garlic to a heated wok.
- After a minute add the pepper.
- 2-3 minutes later remove the pepper and garlic and cook the prawns in the wok.
- Stir-fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes and add the soy sauce.
- Return the pepper and garlic to the pan and add the spinach.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with noodles.
