This breakfast recipe will make getting up a lot easier.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 avocado
- 4 eggs
- some chopped onion
- some chopped parsley
- a smidgen of hot sauce – whichever one you prefer
Instructions:
- Grill the
baconrashers until they are crisp. - While the rashers are grilling, chop your avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Cut up some of the avocado and stick it back in the bowl.
- Add the chopped onion and parsley into the avocado bowl.
- When the rashers are done, dry them out and then chop them into little pieces and add to the avocado, onion and parsley and then give it a right good stirring.
- Now, using the eggs, make your scrambled egg and simply add the avocado mixture to it.
- For added flavour, throw a bit of your favourite hot sauce on to it.
- Get it down your neck.
