Brian Maher gets no slack from personal trainer Dan Smullen, as the giant sets continue this week. No pain, no gain as they say.

Last week Brian was a little bit thankful that the routines had changed and he was on to something new, but with his muscles beginning to ache again and the diet a bit more restrictive, the end results are the main motivation to keep going.

In this week’s video, Dan concentrates on hitting the chest muscles from every conceivable angle, and gives us a run down of what he’s putting Brian through.

A thirty minutes session at full intensity also demands a lot in terms of recovery and nutrition, so Brian chats a bit about keeping on top of what you’re eating too.
