Brian Maher is back in The Fitness Dock for his final week of training…
In the final week, we got exclusive front row tickets to Brian Maher’s gun show, as Dan ran him through a series of exercises to work his biceps and triceps.
From hanging curls to hammer curls to spider curls, Brian had to do it all, but he’s got the pump in the arms to show for it. With some high intesity training thrown in, he was well and truly done by the end of the session, and talks about what delicious dinner Dan had waiting for him on the plan at the end.
We’ll be revealing the results with a final bodyfat count next week.
