We’re not exactly sure what you call this, eh… manoeuvre, but we are fairly certain that you won’t find it in a ‘How To’ manual anytime soon. Unless, of course, it’s the bestselling ‘How To Injure Yourself in 5 Easy Steps’.
Maybe the gym user in question was just trying out a new extreme version of Crossfit, or maybe they picked up a few dodgy workout tips along the way. Either way, we just hope he doesn’t throw his back out anytime soon…
