With my fiancee Linda having a great time on her hen, it was a sharp reminder that the day is looming and must continue all the good work.

Name: Francis Ryan

Starting weight: 15 stone 3 pounds

Current weight: 13 stone 12 pounds

This week I lost two more pounds and my leader feels that while I may lose a small bit more weight, it is most likely that I have probably reached my idea weight. As far as I am concerned I have reached my ideal shape. There is no six pack appearing just yet, but with a bit more training that can be improved.

All in all, it has been the food choices that are making the difference over any extra training and I have only ever exercised with ProPoints in mind and I found that to be a great motivator.

This week we talked about trying to balance the foods and had a general chat on the best way to give the body what it needs and how it can benefit hugely from more green vegetables.

There are so many nutrients in leafy greens like carotenoids, folate, calcium, and fatty acids. Put them in salads, soups, dips, or eat them as a side dish. They can cooked or eaten raw and they are zero ProPoints, making them guilt free.

I’m switching to brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, and whole grain pasta whenever possible, which are loaded with nutrients and fibre.

This is all going to be a big change for me and I will keep you all posted on how I get on.
