Inspired by the biblical story of Noah and directed by the genius that is Darren Aronofsky, Paramount Pictures’ Noah stars Oscar-winner Jennifer Connelly and Oscar-winner Anthony Hopkins alongside Oscar-winner Russell Crowe as our titular hero.

Noah is a mortal man chosen by God to save mankind along with all of the furry (and not-so-furry) creatures of the Earth, before an apocalyptic flood courtesy of the big man upstairs wipes out everyone and everything.
Here at JOE we like to think of Noah as a kind of Old Testament version of David Hasselhoff’s Mitch Buchannon…

And, just as God chose Noah to be his chosen saviour on Earth, JOE may be choosing you to come along to an exclusive early screening of the film, allowing you to see the flick waaaaaaay before (one week) anyone else in the country.
Saviour on Earth? Attendee at an advance screening of a Hollywood biblical blockbuster? Yeah, those things are pretty much on a par we reckon.
The fantastic film will be screened at The Savoy cinema in Dublin on Saturday 29th April at 1.30pm (audience in seats no later than 12.45pm) and all you have to do to be in with a chance of winning tickets to the screening is answer the very simple question below.
Don’t forget to get your answers in early though, as we’re pretty sure that entries will be absolutely, ahem, flooding in for this particular screening.
Flooding. Get it? Because the film’s called Noah and he was the guy who… ah, never mind.

In the meantime, check out the latest terrific trailer for the film, introduced by none other than Emma Watson who plays Noah’s daughter-in-law Hermione Ila.
Prepare to fall slightly in love…
Noah will be released in Irish cinemas on 4 April 2014.
