Including three athletes in the top ten.
There’s no better time than when you’re spending all of your hard-earned cash at Christmas to remind you of the ridiculous money the most well-known people in various entertainment industries earn on an annual basis.
Forbes have just released the list of the 100 highest-earning entertainers of 2015 and it will once again make you regret putting a premature end to a burgeoning athletic/acting/music career when you were younger.
For the year that’s in it, it’s no surprise that Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquaio top the list at one and two after their long-awaited and ultimately disappointing bout, a fight that earned them more money than most can ever dream of.
Niall Horan could probably afford to buy the whole of Mullingar with his stake of the 120 or so million One Direction pulled in in 2015, while Katy Perry and Taylor Swift are the only female representatives in the top ten.
You can see the top 100 in full here.
