Live television has many pitfalls, and poor old Siobhan Bastible on TV3 had one particular tough day at the office when she struggled to get her words out.
The presenter was seen to be struggling to catch her breath and while she was in fine fettle afterwards, it has made for a popular piece of video.
If only she had some Deer Riverrock beforehand then the whole incident could well have been averted.
