More than 40 new ‘Rocket’s by Eddie Rocket’s’ venues will be coming to the forecourts of Ireland’s Topaz petrol stations over the next seven years.
All hamburgers are made using 100% natural, freshly ground Irish beef while the new offering promises to also serve up freshly-made salads, hotdogs, tenders and milkshakes.
The first outlet opened in Cork last week and 45 new jobs will have been created in 2015 alone.
Two more Rocket’s by Eddie Rocket’s will open up at Topaz forecourts in Dublin Port and Brennanstown, Wicklow, before Christmas 2015
