We Irish get a few days of great weather and we think we’re the bee’s summery knees.

Following our brilliant weather last week though, it unfortunately looks like the thunder and the dirty nasty rain are on their way back. Boooooo.
To keep you in the summer mood though, JOE have teamed up with Thomas Cook to bring you an absolutely essential summer tune.
Top of the list was Peter Andre’s ‘Mysterious Girl’ but not everyone at JOE was in favour. Can’t imagine why not.
We’ve opted for Deee-lite’s 90’s classic ‘Groove is in the Heart’ instead and, as soon as you get past the weird faux-French intro by lead singer Lady Kiss Mier, you’re into an absolutely crackin’ and psychedelic tune.
Sampling the best bits from other tunes (including the legendary Herbie Hancock), ‘Groove is in the Heart’ is a Summer classic and impossible not to get up and get down to. The kids still say that right?
