A man in the US is suing BMW and his local bike dealer after he rode a BMW bike that left him with an erection… one which wouldn’t go away. Seriously.

It’s not uncommon to hear motorcyclists talking about their raging boners following an evening ride on 2-stroke RSV4. It might sound absolutely filthy to anyone outside the two-wheeled boys club, but it’s not.

Now however, it looks like one bloke in the States received an actual raging boner after taking his 1993 BMW motorcycle equipped with a custom Corbin-Pacific seat out for a spin, reports Jalopnik.

The man is claiming that the custom seat fitted onto his 1993 Bmer bike is responsible for causing priapism – which in case you didn’t know is an erection that lasts for hours, even days. Believe us, it’s not as fun as it first sounds.

According to the plaintiff’s complaint: “Plaintiff was riding his 1993 BMW motorcycle equipped with a Corbin-Pacific seat. The ride lasted approximately two hours each way to plaintiff’s destination, after which plaintiff developed a severe case of priapism (a persistent, lasting erection). Plaintiff alleges that this condition was caused by the ridge-like seat on his motorcycle, negligently designed, manufactured and/or installed by defendants.”

Because of the dodgy seat the man has suffered distress and emotional/mental anguish as he is now unable to “engage in sexual activity”. Poor guy. Someone please give him one million dollars (or whatever he’s looking for) pronto.
