According to research undertaken by the German Family Panel, couples in committed relationships stop feeling as sexually satisfied after just a year of being together.
The study, which surveyed 3,000 people between the ages of 25 and 41, suggests that as domestic disputes begin to rise, sexual satisfaction begins to fall.

Speaking to The Telegraph, one of the researchers said that being married or having children had little to do with sexual satisfaction.
The study further revealed that lovers stopped learning about one another’s needs around the one year mark.
