They all jumped off the CAO form.
“Don’t worry.Things are going to be grand”.
These words are probably the most popular ones being uttered around Ireland this afternoon as Leaving Cert students finally receive their results. We’re sincerely hoping that all of you get the points that you’re looking for and with this in mind, we’ve decide to look at some of the more interesting courses that are available through the CAO.

We’re curious: Every person has an interest in the macabre and slightly darker nature of the human condition – it’s why shows like CSI and Criminal Minds are so popular- and we’re utterly fascinated by the potential of this course. Criminology is probably more established at the minute but we can see this garnering a similar level of interest.
The reality: The study of toxins – poisons, drugs, and other substances that have a life-threatening effect on a living being. We’re curious: A large part of us hopes that this course is like a modern version of Fame where people sit around and tell each other “you’re going to be a staaaar kid, I know it!”.
The reality : The aim of this programme is to provide you with the opportunity to specialise in either voice or dance, to study it as your primary discipline, and also to develop skills to perform works that include both voice and dance.
