Anyone that has ever used the Tinder app will understand the struggle, trying to get that photo at just the right angle to cover up your double chin or that patch of acne that just won’t go away.
Thanks to Craigslist this struggle is now a thing of the past because one business is offering to take a professional Tinder headshot for $50 but if value for money is what you want then they are willing to take three photos for just $100. Just $100 dollars people…
In the thoroughly legit sounding ad on the Craigslist site, it says “you’re doing your pimp game no favors with your out of focus selfies in the bathroom. Selfies make you look like you don’t have any friends.”
But just in case you worried that this may not be (shockingly) all above board, their website insists that prior to arrival, you must send a link to your Facebook profile. This is simply to ensure that you are not a serial killer. Yes… because you’re the most likely person in this scenario to be a serial killer.
The ad signs off with the very convincing line; “Your smart phone can do some pretty awesome things, but there isn’t an Instagram filter out there that can capture what makes you so bad ass. Drop us a line. tinderheadshots@gmail.com”.
Before all you Tinder addicts start hopping on your bikes to find this great new studio, we bring you the unfortunate news that the studio is situated in Brooklyn, New York and presently there are no rumours of it moving to Ireland anytime soon.
