Much like Dracula, Frankenstein and Roy Keane, there are certain characters that seem to scare the bejesus out of us whenever we see them.
I’d wager that quite a lot of you will be dressing up in some ghoulish garments for Halloween but there’s nothing more terrifying than the sight of a clamper approaching your car.
Clearly they’re just performing a necessary evil but this motorist in Smithfield, Dublin might disagree, especially considering the somewhat unfortunate wording on his van.
