Healthy eating and maintaining a balanced diet is normally the done thing at this time of year, but KFC have come up with a new product that flies in the face of all of that.
Not for the first time, the Colonel and his cohorts have invented a dish that contains almost a day’s supply of calories in one small dish, one that will make some drool and others feel sick just by looking at it.
The Double Down Hot Dog, currently on limited release in the Philippines, is basically a hot dog covered in cheese, with the hot dog buns replaced by fried chicken.

Only 50 of them are available at participating restaurants in the Philippines for now, but, who knows, if they prove popular enough maybe they’ll be unleashed on a global scale.
