The Market House in Portlaoise knows what its customers want.

While bars up and down the country are marketing themselves as gastropubs, these nice people are sacrificing the tapas and gourmet fish finger sandwiches for something a little more… homespun.

Now all we need is a recipe for ‘ice croutons’ and we’re laughing.
