Everyone has been through a break-up at some point in their life and it’s fair to say that certain people can handle them better than others.
Some people like to hit the town as soon as they’re single while others prefer a few quiet days on the couch to gather their thoughts, eat junk-food and binge on TV.
Both fine choices if you ask me.
One thing that’s essential though when you’re getting over someone, regardless if you’ve seen them for a year or a day, is a level-head and a calm approach.
