Author Kathryn Stockett wasn’t best pleased when she spotted the random combination code the airline had created for her. Gulp.
If you’re a nervous flyer, you really don’t want to see stuff like this from your airline. Posted on Twitter by The Help author Kathryn Stockett, her flight confirmation code from Delta Airlines was a little unsettling.

Delta have since apologised to Stockett and advised her that they have added GONER to their list of banned words that should not appear in their random confirmation numbers.
Hopefully other airlines have already done the same thing.
