PICS: A haunted house in Mayo is on Daft and the advert is bloody hilarious

Just 13 previous owners, what can go wrong?

Just 13 previous owners, what can go wrong?

I’m sure that you’re all making plans for the Halloween weekend and while a good costume is a must, if you’re short of ideas then just use our go-to one and dress up as Marty Morrissey, a spooky location can also add some more fun to your nightmarish night.

While this location on Daft at the frighteningly fake very real address of 666, Old Cemetry Lane, Claremorris, Co. Mayo isn’t as famous as Salem’s Lot or the Bates Motel, it has plenty of chilling charms to it’s blood-drenched bow.

Just take a look at some of the morbid amenities that are avaialble.

  • Doors automatically bang behind you
  • Lights flicker randomnly
  • Only 13 Previous Owners
  • Great Character
  • Large Garden to rear with stone sculptures
  • Walking distance to local graveyard.

The premise is well insulated, although some residents have previously reported cold chills running down their spines, and there’s also a brand new 4000 series Proton Pack for any new tennants. A nice touch considering the basement is poorly lit and contains a creaky staircase.

If that doesn’t sell it to you then these photos certainly will. What’s not to love? This place seems like the perfect home to raise some /The Shining/Exorcist/Children of The Corn creepy-ass kids.

That fully furnished kitchen alone is completely worth the inevitable demonic possession.
