L’Oreal Men Expert have an extensive range of products and JOE decided to try another for size. This time we gave L’Oreal Men Expert Pure and Matte Scrub a go.
Sounds a little fancy and grand we hear you say. Well it does, but writing ‘facial scrub that removes blackheads, deadskin and restores a healthy glow’ isn’t quite as sexy.
We have to admit to being a little slow to fully embrace the metro sexual ways of the world, so this facial scrub was like losing one’s virginity all over again. Excitement and curiosity to see what the big deal is.
The scrub does what it says on the tin and we could definitely see clear results, with impurities removed almost immediately. The key is, according to the experts, to rub gently over the face. Rubbing too hard may be too rough for the skin with the exfoliating beads.The non-drying formula is a nice added bonus.
The product suggests daily use but this may be dependent on the individual. For sensitive skin this may be a bit much and cause slight irritation, but it is a case of every man to himself.
As with all L’Oreal products, the smell is pretty sweet and worth the investment alone on that score. Thankfully, it also does a great job in revitalising your skin, basically it does exactly what it says it does. If only our politicians could learn something from that mantra!
