One of those ice-creams, like Romantica, that seemed to be saved for special occasions, Viennetta has a special place in the ice-cold hearts of Irish ice-cream lovers.
The delicious chocolate and vanilla combination is just as popular all over the world as it here, of course, and the people of Australia will soon be treated to a version of Viennetta that is likely to sell like wildfire Down Under.
The picture below of a makeshift Viennetta on a stick went viral a few months’ back, so much so that Streets ice-cream have confirmed plans to bring it to Australia in the near future, even inviting consumers to send in their own DIY efforts for a chance to win a trip to Shanghai.
Viennetta on a stick is apparently already available in China and Malta and once word of this gets out, we can only assume that it will be making its way to Ireland, right? RIGHT?
