Study shows that this one big change to your relationship can make sex better

Carl Kinsella

Want to have better sex?

According to new research, there’s a relatively straightforward, not-so-painless way to have better sex – have children.

More than a thousand couples participated in a survey conducted by website Channel Mum, and over half of these couples reported that their sex lives improved after they’d had kids.

While quality improved, quantity of sex decreases after childbirth – with 58% of couples reporting that they had less sex in the aftermath of childbirth. Over 80% said that they put more value in quality over quantity, however.

So there you have it. Looking for a way to improve sex? Have a baby. Unfortunately, to do that, you’ll have to continue on with your current, rubbish sex for a while first. Sorry.
