6 things we all wish were bite-sized

Bigger isn’t always better.

With that in mind here’s a few things that would be much better if they were somehow minimized.

1. Most wild animals

A lot of wild animals such as bears, giraffes and elephants are terrifying because of their mass.

Now, imagine these animals as the size of the average terrier.

Sure, the animal kingdom would be thrown into disarray, but think how much more delightful life would be with you and your Pomeranian-sized bear going for a stroll in the park.

2. The working day

Who wouldn’t like a bite-sized working day? Employers in Sweden have recently introduced a six-hour work day and not only has productivity not suffered, it’s actually gone up.

Hopefully it won’t be too long before the rest of the world catches on so that the average walk to work will go from this…

… to this!

 3. Meetings

How great would it be if meetings were shrunk?

We know they’re unavoidable, but they do have the tendency to run on a bit and can inspire even the most interested employee to zone out.

Our solution? Keep morale at meetings up by turning the table in the board room into a brilliant ping pong table.

4. Travel

It’s the year 2016 and it’s about time we made some minimized alternatives. We’re onto you, transportation industry.

There have been enormous leaps in the 20th century which started with a horse and buggy and ended with the Mars Rover. Are you seriously trying to tell us that you don’t have some transportation device that would allow us to zip from one side of the globe to the other in nanoseconds?

The technology was in its early stages in Star Trek and that was ages ago. Get a move on!

5. Superhero movies

We love ’em, but do they really need to have a running time of 2+ hours?

Captain America: Civil War was good, but clocked in at 146 minutes. Avengers: Age of Ultron was 141 minutes. Batman v Superman was 152 minutes. That’s one whole minute more than The Departed!

In future, superhero movies should come with a 90 minutes or less guarantee.

6. Your to-do list for work

Is your to-do list way too long or do humans have a bad attitude?

Maybe we should call them to-don’t lists instead? Because, y’know, we never actually get anything on them done?

Or maybe to-do lists are just wasted on mankind.
