Some athletes like to listen to music to get their adrenalin pumping while others prefer a few short sprints to get the blood flowing, it seems that they do things a little bit differently in Mullingar though.
One of the towns most beloved athletes, who will remain nameless here because he’s deep in training, decided to have 8 pints before trying to perform a standing box jump onto the ledge of a nearby ATM machine on Oliver Plunkett Street.
We reckon that Westmeath will be sending this athlete to the Rio Olympics and Ireland will have one more gold medal to add to the collection.
