VIDEO: Foil Arms and Hog hit the spot with their latest sketch about Ireland’s new government

Conor Heneghan

People from Leitrim, Louth and especially Cavan might be slightly offended.

It has been over 60 days since the General Election and a new government has yet to be formed in Ireland, although that might be about to change if reports from earlier this week are to be believed.

Until then, all we can do is speculate about what life might be like under our new regime, or amuse ourselves with a fictional, far-fetched version, like the one presented in the latest sketch for Foil, Arms and Hog.

There’s bad news for Cavan people, while we can’t imagine there would be many who would subscribe to the idea of moving back in with their parents, despite the tax benefits.
