The west of Ireland, you’re only gorgeous.
We are in the middle of holiday season but we’ve seen a few examples in the last number of weeks how you don’t have to leave the country to have an experience to remember.
Last week, there was massive interest in a video put together by six lads documenting their trip around Ireland in a campervan and today we came across something similar from a gang of UL students who decided to limit their route to the wildly popular Wild Atlantic Way.
JOE reader David Cronnolly and six other UL students – Stuart Duffy, Amie Costello, Kyle Buckley, Hannah MacAllister (who learned how to drive and pull a pint en route) and Conall Hardesty started in Cork and finished in Mayo five days later and they seemed to have a ball along the way.
Hell, they even got some decent weather to boot.
Fáilte Ireland would be proud of something like this.
