In a genius marketing campaign, Shark Helmets have come up with an excellent way to test the shock absorption of their brand new product.
Do not try this at home kids.
Some looper in their advertising department has developed the idea of recreating Newton’s Cradle experiment but, instead of using hanging ball-bearings, they’ve decided to use stunt-people. Hanging upside down. Cracking their heads off each other.
All in the name of science, eh?
To be fair, the whole thing looks like a stag do gone wrong. Or right, depending on which upside-down way you look at it.
As well as having an absolutely thumping soundtrack, the whole video will probably leave you with an absolutely thumping headache too so, while I head off for a lie-down, I’ll leave you with the thoughts of one YouTube commenter:
“I do not understand why they did not do that ad with chicks in bikinis.”
He could be on to something there…
