JOE isn’t gonna lie, we’re really not very good at cooking. More often than not we find ourselves reaching for the take away menu and trying to order the least disgusting thing on the menu.
So when we were told we had to compete in a culinary contest with one of the lovely ladies of Her.ie, we didn’t fancy our chances much.
But after the above lesson from the incredible Executive chef Gareth Mullins, head chef at The Marker Hotel, Grand Canal Square, Dublin, we actually kind of fancy our chances now…
So we’re going to spend the weekend practicing and well, hope for the best!
