As we mentioned on Friday, we were going to spend the entire weekend working our little fingers off practicing our culinary skills in the (let’s face it, unlikely) hope of beating Her.ie editor, Michelle McMahon.
Off to the stunning Marker Hotel we went, trying desperately to remember the wise tutelage of Executive Chef Gareth Mullins.
While attempts to lower expectations didn’t go unnoticed, Michelle just had too many skills for us.
As Gareth says, everyone should know how to cook a steak properly and now we do – just Michelle knows how to cook one better. Also, her pepper sauce was AMAZING.
