On the weekend that sees Rush hit our cinema screens, here are some of the best overtaking manoeuvres the sport has ever seen.
The new flick focuses on the 1976 season and the relationship between James Hunt and Nicki Lauda, and while neither man appears on this top 10, we’re sure they would appreciate the skills involved.
The best drivers to ever grace the sport feature and while choosing the top manoeuvre is always a controversial decision, there is no denying Nigel Mansell’s showed balls of steel and no little skill in edging past team-mate Nelson Piquet in the 1987 British Grand Prix with just six laps to go. He later went back to kiss the spot!
