Cathal Vaughan is a West Clare man currently living in England.
He was home in Ireland for the weekend but, according to his friend Brian Gallagher, spent all his money on beer so he needed to economise when it came to the grub.
With food in mind, Cathal decided to head down to the shop to buy a sliced pan and a half pound of ham for a bit of soakage. We’ll presume there was cheese involved too.
