When Stephen Power was defeated 11-1 in FIFA by his housemate, Frank, his forfeit was to ring up a public service hotline and apologise for being so, well, crap.

Sorry Stephen, but that’s just the truth of it. 11-1 for the love of gravy!
Anyway, the Dublin Bus complaints line got to hear all about it and in all fairness to the worker at the other end of the line, he really gets into the spirit of what must have been a unique phone call.
