The brilliant below clip of a man slipping while attempting to shovel snow is currently taking Internetland by storm, and deservedly so.

However, there are a number of reasons that we suspect the whole thing may be staged.
1) Someone just happened to be recording at that exact moment? 2) The slipping shoveller does seem to be a little bit overdramatic. And 3) the person in the clip admitted it was fake. So there’s that.

Still though, we don’t care. It’s stupid, it’s funny and we laughed.
And as good as the slippy snow shoveller is, he’s still not as good as RTÉ slip guy. Ah sure go on, one more time…
