He didn’t know the camera was on him but the man is an absolute showman. If only all parental dressing downs could be like this.
Try as they might to keep a low profile, the run-of-the-mill Irish father has stormed to national prominence in recent weeks. On the back of the Irish Dad reacting to his son pretending to fail his driving test a couple of weeks back (Jaysus Chrisht wasn’t that hilarious?) and the Irish Dad getting angry while watching Man United against Fulham comes another hidden camera gem from a father in Rossadrehid, Tipperary, who decided to go all Gloria Gaynor on a daughter of his who had obviously stepped out of line in some shape or form.
Whatever the poor girl (Marie) did couldn’t have been too bad because there’s no way a parent would react in this fashion if it was a serious offence, but for everyone apart from Marie’s sake, we’re glad he decided to do so.
Get this man his own TV show… stat.
